Biography
I consider my self as entrepreneur who started my journey from humble beginnings. I was born into a middle-class family with an average income. My father was an educated man who encouraged us to learn the importance of creativity, self-independence, and education. He was an expert in maritime shipping and worked for 35 years in a shipping agency. I learned from my father to be responsible and rely on myself. I have been very ambitious since I was young and I had an eye for details and an interest in the business. I started working at a young age while studying and I always saw myself as an entrepreneur. I created small projects that would bring me little income and allowed me to develop my cross-skilling such as marketing, negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving. I was a student at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and I only needed to complete the last semester and the graduation project, which I was very passionate about. However, due to the challenging circumstances in the country, I had to adjust my expectations and enter the business world as soon as possible. After finishing my bachelor's degree in business administration, I participated in various workshops, seminars, and exhibitions that helped me to develop my knowledge and build a long-term vision. I participated in different internships that exposed me to different industries and sectors. I always looked for opportunities to learn from others and improve myself. Eventually, I decided to step up an adventure and start my own advertising agency with a vision to provide innovative solutions for the needs of the market. I faced many challenges and risks along the way, but I did not let them stop me. The great success of my first advertsing company opened new network channels made me confident to open my second company in 2019 with one of my dear friends. I was lucky to find a partner who holds the same values, ambitions, and ideas. Subsequently we opened a series of companies that linked together by unified management. Moreover we earned several agencies. Today one of these companies has over 6,500 distributors and 221 employees, which covers the whole Libyan market In addition we offer training courses to improve employee skills as part of future investments in human minds.

Growing up in Tripoli, Libya, I knew that I wanted to make a difference in the world. Despite the many challenges that my country faced, I was determined to succeed as an entrepreneur and make a positive impact in my community. After graduating from university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, I founded several companies in my early years, including Libos Advertsing, Libos I.T, and Libos Training. These businesses allowed me to gain valuable experience in the world of entrepreneurship and hone my skills as a leader. However, my journey was far from easy. Libya was a politically and economically unstable environment, and I faced countless obstacles along the way. From navigating bureaucratic red tape to dealing with the fallout of the Arab Spring, I had to be resilient and adaptable to succeed. Despite these challenges, I remained focused on my goals. I was determined to make a difference in my community and build a better future for Libya's young entrepreneurs. In the last five years, I've served as the CEO of Farmasi Libya, a leading . healthcare and beauty company in the country. Under my leadership, we've grown significantly and expanded our product lines and services to meet the evolving needs of Libyan consumers. My success has not come without sacrifice. I've had to work long hours, deal with setbacks and failures, and constantly adapt to changing circumstances. But through it all, I've remained committed to my vision and my passion for entrepreneurship. I've also made it a priority to give back to my community. I've established a foundation that provides scholarships and support to aspiring entrepreneurs in Libya, and I continue to mentor and advise young people who are just starting out on their entrepreneurial journey. Looking back on my journey, I realize that it was my determination, resilience, and commitment to making a difference that allowed me to succeed. I encourage other aspiring entrepreneurs to never give up on their dreams, no matter how challenging the road may seem. With hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to giving back, anything is possible.
